Choosing an Aligned Life-partner, 3 months, 8 sessions

When pressure is making you choose a partner, not your heart – it’s self doubt at play. We work with the doubt, questions and emotional fatigue that come with choosing a life partner. Over these sessions, you get clearer about what you truly need in a partner, learn how to hold family expectations without losing yourself. You learn to approach dating or arranged marriage conversations in a way that doesn’t drain you or make you doubt yourself.
