Let's build a life where you stop second-guessing yourself
Everyday life feels like an uphill battle when you are living by everyone else’s rules, chasing approval or drowning in self-doubt. You feel lost, stuck, like you are never enough.
You’ve been abandoning your own needs for so long you’ve forgotten what you actually want. I have been there.
I offer 1:1 coaching to help high achievers overcome imposter syndrome, stop people-pleasing, and start trusting themselves – at work, in relationships, and in life.
Who do I help?
High achievers carrying self-doubt, imposter syndrome, and self-abandonment
Self-doubt doesn’t look the same for everyone. Sometimes it’s ‘imposter syndrome’ (feeling like a fraud), sometimes it’s ‘people-pleasing’ (saying yes when you really mean no), sometimes its ‘self-abandonment’ (putting everyone else above you) and sometimes it’s just a persistent feeling of not being enough.
Do any of these sound like you?
Self-Doubting Achievers
- You work hard, hit the milestones and still feel like you just got lucky
- You compare yourself to others or often feel you are behind
Over Accommodators
- You prioritise others over yourself or say 'yes' too often
- You over-adjust to keep relationships or avoid conflicts at work
Inner Critics
- Mistakes are unacceptable to you, they make you feel incompetent
- You imagine and disect worst-case scenarios even if they are unlikely
The perfectionists
- You replay emails, conversations or big meetings in your head to check if you did anything wrong
- You take a long time to make decisions and yet don't feel confident
Cautious Dreamers
- You feel you don't deseve the promotion or your dream job, so you don't even try
- You keep waiting to feel 'ready' to try new things, but you never do
Approval seekers
- You live by society's rules or markers for success but never feel like 'you made it'
- You actions always depend on others' approval or permission
If any of this feels like you, you are in the right place. This is exactly the kind of self-trust coaching that helps you move beyond the loop of “I am not enough” – into a life where you show up as yourself.
A lot of people I work with have already tried to think their way out of self-doubt – they’ve read the books, told themselves to stop seeking validation, pushed through. It hasn’t stuck. That’s because self-doubt, imposter syndrome, and self-abandonment aren’t knowledge problems – they’re patterns that run deeper.
When you trust yourself, you allow yourself to thrive in life
- You allow yourself to give inputs in that meeting, no more holding back your voice
- You listen to your significant other without defending or consuming yourself with doubt
- You say 'no' without fearing that your life will fall apart or you will be left alone
- When setbacks hit, you don't feel lost. You refocus and refine your path into resilient actions
- You stop waiting to feel ready and start making decisions that feel like yours
How do I actually help you?
I don’t offer generic advice, I work with you through RCE –
Recognize limiting patterns -> Carve new beliefs -> Embody new habits for lasting change

What shifts when you stop second-guessing yourself
I stopped compromising my self-worth
I worked with Aditi for five months and it really helped me stop making decisions based only on my emotions and start looking at things more logically. She is very professional but also friendly and easy to talk to. I never felt judged when opening up. I feel much more aware about myself now and I can see my situations clearly. The biggest moment for me was a huge realization about how I was compromising my own self-worth, which changed everything.
It stayed with me months later
Working with Aditi has made navigating routine life easier, which comes with its own set of insecurities, and challenges. Aditi brings an impartial perspective that helped me clearly see what was holding me back. She shares tools that support mindset shifts not just limited to the session, but stay with me months later. I’ve noticed a significant change in my mindset and energy. The most powerful moment was when she asked me to talk to myself the way I would talk to a friend. It instantly showed me how I’m not kind to myself, but it’s so easy to be kind to others.
Pinpointed root cause in a few sessions
I was pleasantly surprised that in just a few sessions, Aditi pinpointed the root cause of the confusion I was facing in my career. She gave me practical tools that actually helped me plan my goals effectively. The sessions were incredibly insightful and exactly what I needed to move forward.

I’m an ICF-certified Self-Trust Coach, author and ISB alumna with over a decade across Fortune 500 companies and startups.
I spent years looking capable while not trusting myself – waiting to feel ready, second-guessing every decision, looking outside for reassurance. That transformation from performing to trusting myself is exactly what I help others find.
I work with clients through private 1:1 coaching and focussed group coaching – online and in Bengaluru. I help you in creating inner safety so self-doubt loosens its grip, and decisions feel like your own.

A self-trust Coach helps you rebuild confidence in your own judgment. The work is not about advice or fixing you, but about understanding where self-doubt comes from and learning how to respond to life without constantly second-guessing yourself. Over time, decisions feel easier, boundaries feel possible and you rely less on outside approval.
You might find this helpful if you often look capable on the outside but feel unsure inside. If you overthink decisions, struggle to say no or keep looking for reassurance before moving forward, this work can support you. Many people come not because something is “wrong,” but because they’re tired of not trusting themselves.
Come as you are in the sessions. We start from where you are in life and talk through what you’re navigating. Through coversations we notice patterns and slow things down enough to create clarity. There’s no pressure to perform or arrive with answers. The focus is on practical shifts that you can carry into everyday life.
There’s no fixed timeline. Some people come for a few sessions around a specific situation, while others stay longer as they build deeper self-trust. Any meaningful change takes about 6-8 sessions and for deeper transformations we review the pace together and shape the process that feels right for you.
I offer online coaching, location is not a constraint for you to begin coaching with me. If you want in-person sessions, then Bengaluru is where you can find me.
