Each session blends guided reflection, conversation and simple experiments to try in everyday life – so what shifts in the group continues to hold outside it.

What to expect

In group work, we focus on building self-trust through shared reflection and lived experience. We don’t stay at the level of discussion alone. We create space to notice patterns, learn from others and try out new ways of responding in real life. Over time, you feel less alone in your struggles and more grounded in how you show up – with greater clarity, confidence, and choice.

The Art of the ‘Clean No’

Set boundaries without over-explaining, guilt or fear – in both personal and professional spaces.

This is a 1-hour group workshop (typically a group of 5-8 people).
We work on changing how you relate to saying no, so it feels grounded rather than stressful or dramatic.

What we’ll work on:

  • The ‘yes’ behind the ‘no’
  • The hidden cost of over-explaining
  • Why silence and pauses feel uncomfortable (and how to use them)
  • What makes a ‘no’ feel clean instead of harsh
  • A guided ‘Clean No’ visualisation you can return to later

Build the inner safety to start before you feel ready, confident or certain.
