Group Coaching
Whether you struggle with people-pleasing, self-doubt, imposter syndrome, or the sneaky pattern of self-abandonment – group work gives you a space to work on it alongside others who genuinely get it.
Group work has something 1:1 doesn’t – you realise you’re not the only one. The patterns you thought were just yours? Others are carrying them too. That realisation alone changes something.
What to expect
In group work, we focus on building self-trust through shared reflection and lived experience. Many people arrive thinking their self-doubt or people-pleasing is uniquely theirs. In group work, you quickly realise it isn’t. We don’t stay at the level of discussion alone. We create space to notice patterns, learn from others and try out new ways of responding in real life. Over time, you feel less alone in your struggles and more grounded in how you show up – with greater clarity, confidence, and choice.
The Art of the ‘Clean No’
A workshop for people-pleasers and anyone who struggles with self-abandonment around boundaries.
Set boundaries without over-explaining, guilt or fear – in both personal and professional spaces.
This is a 1-hour group workshop (typically a group of 7-8 people).
We work on the relationship you have with no – so you can say it without bracing for impact.
What we’ll work on:
- Why saying ‘no’ matters and what gets in the way
- Myths and facts about saying ‘no’
- The ‘yes’ behind the ‘no’
- The hidden cost of over-explaining
- What makes a ‘no’ feel clean instead of harsh

What Participants say
Saying no is self-care
I learnt how important it is to prioritize yourself and then proceed in life. I really love the way we got to share and relate from our experiences during the workshop.
I learnt that there can be alternatives to supporting others, than just a yes. It may not be what they ask for but what they need.
Saying 'No' from a Place of Self-Respect, Not Guilt
Aditi’s workshop, "The Art of the Clean No", was incredibly insightful and impactful. What stood out to me most was the way she created a safe and reflective space to explore a topic that many of us struggle with but rarely pause to examine deeply.
The session was thoughtful, relatable, and filled with practical insights around boundaries, self-awareness, and communicating with clarity and authenticity. Aditi facilitated the workshop with warmth, empathy, and presence, making every participant feel engaged and comfortable contributing openly.
One of my biggest takeaways was realizing that saying “No” does not have to come from guilt, defensiveness, or conflict - it can come from self-respect and clarity. The workshop left me with meaningful reflections that I can genuinely apply in both personal and professional contexts.
I would highly recommend this workshop to anyone looking to build healthier boundaries and communicate more intentionally.
Learning to Pause: A Game-Changer
One of the biggest learning for me was "to pause before immediately agreeing to something". Instead of reacting out of pressure, guilt, or habit, now I am going to ask myself, “Do I really want to do this?” before responding.
The workshop beautifully highlighted how setting boundaries is not about being rude, but about respecting our own time, energy, and priorities. The insights and examples given in the workshop made the learning very impactful and easy to apply in daily life.
I recommend this workshop to anyone who struggles with overcommitting or finds it difficult to say no and is waiting to learn more about "The Art of the Clean No".
The 'Try it' mindset
For high achievers held back by imposter syndrome, perfectionism, or the fear of not being enough.
Build the inner safety to start before you feel ready, confident or certain.
This is a 1-hour group workshop (typically a group of 5-8 people).
We work with the fear that keeps you waiting, overthinking or holding back.
What we’ll work on:
- Why ‘I’ve never done this before’, stops you before you’ve even started
- How fear shows up as procrastination or perfectionism
- Redefining failure in a way that feels workable
- Taking small, low-risk steps without pressure
- Learning to move forward while still feeling unsure
