We focus on the part of you that stays tense, alert or emotionally guarded, even when things seem fine on the outside. Over time, you develop a deeper sense of steadiness within yourself – one that allows you to face uncertainty, setbacks and change without losing your centre.
We explore why you keep adjusting, explaining or over-giving at your own expense. Gradually, you learn to say ‘no’ even when it feels uncomfortable, know and express your limits more honestly and relate to others without resentment or self-betrayal.
We work with the confusion, fear and mental noise that make every career option feel risky or too much to handle. Together we clear the fog. You start recognising what fits your life path, you trust your direction and take steps forward without endlessly second-guessing or delaying.
I worked with Aditi for five months and it really helped me stop making decisions based only on my emotions and start looking at things more logically. She is very professional but also friendly and easy to talk to. I never felt judged when opening up. I feel much more aware about myself now and I can see my situations clearly. The biggest moment for me was a huge realization about how I was compromising my own self-worth, which changed everything.
